Enrichment

There are lots of exciting opportunities that our students can be involved in at Woodlands. We have a wide range of opportunities for students to take part in enrichment activities, both during and after the school day. Many students are already taking advantage of these excellent opportunities, which allow them to develop their skills beyond the classroom as well as the chance to experience new things. This also encourages students to expand their social circle, boost their confidence and provide a break from the pressures they may feel.

In assembly, we will be encouraging all students to take part in an enrichment activity, and it would be fantastic to have families support. We will also be asking students to fill out a short survey in school to see what new activities students might be interested in, as well as identifying issues which might prevent them from taking part.

These activities are perfect for our students to focus on developing their CORE values of Courage, Optimism, Regard and Endeavour outside the classroom and will make a fantastic addition to the CV of those thinking about their next steps.
